Conditions of Booking

  • A $200 deposit is required when booking to guarantee your desired date. This will be fully refunded or included in your minimum spend.

  • A minimum spend of $4,500 is required to hire the entire venue, this includes staff and security. There are no hidden additional costs. Various sections of the venue can also be hired for smaller events, this will be organised on an individual basis.

  • Please note: A 10% surcharge applies for weekends, and a 15% surcharge applies for public holidays on all purchases and all associated function fees at Oliver’s Corner.

  • There's a minimum food purchase requirement, agreed upon time of booking, to meet our RSA obligations.

  • You may bring your own cake. There is no charge for this.

  • We do not hold 18th birthday parties.

  • Any intentional damage to Oliver’s Corner will be at the host’s expense.

  • Decorations are permitted. However, no pins or sticky tape on the walls and no confetti-type products.

  • The bar service will end at 11 pm, or earlier if deemed necessary by management.

  • Oliver’s Corner practices responsible service of alcohol and, as such, management will monitor your event to ensure patron safety and no liquor license breaches occur.

  • Minors are permitted at functions provided they're with a responsible adult and don't consume alcohol.

  • Music volume level is at the venues’ discretion.

  • Please be considerate to the residents and the amenity when departing the venue.
